Staying up to date with current technologies is vital in our industry and we invest a lot of time in this aspect of our business. Not that this is a chore. R&D is hugely creative and never ceases to be entertaining and worthwhile. We play with a lot of technologies, and have some favourites which currently include FlashBuilder, IVR (Interactive Voice Requests), mobile phone apps and automated video editing.
